If an item you ordered is not available at the time of your order, we will attempt to obtain it for you for 30 days. If, after 30 days, we are still unable to fill your order, we will refund your money.
If an item is back ordered, we will fill your order for that item as soon as it becomes available to us.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Generally speaking, all sales are final. BUT, we will gladly replace any item that you receive in damaged condition.
There is no refund available for downloaded items.
We do not now, nor have we ever, sent out bills or invoices. Customers order items here, on our online catalogue, and pay for them at the time of ordering. IF YOU RECEIVE AN INVOICE FROM “US”: It did not come from us. You are being victimized by thieves and hackers. Forward all such correspondence to the FBI.
